Rico Conforti joined BayCoast Mortgage with 28 years of real
estate and mortgage lending experience. With 21 years of experience as a
mortgage originator and 7 years as a real estate broker, he is one of the few
mortgage professionals that understands the entire home purchase, not just the
financing piece.
Throughout the years, Rico has worked in Fall
River and surrounding areas, including Rhode Island, on commercial and
residential mortgages, equity loans and equity lines. He also works with mortgage
